Working On Less Load up time, + More Efficient

So far i have managed to tweak it a little to make the launcher start up images load faster depending if you have a slow server it will get a 50% boost to load the launcher preferences. Also its not the launcher but the web server you are hosting that depends on the speed of loading the Skin, And web. Also working on a bit more adding hopefully new features and making it more efficient and cleaner.
